I definitely agree that both platforms have their own strengths and weaknesses. I use both at work. There are some graphics applications that Macs process more efficiently. I think that years ago Macs were definitely the superior machine. Microsoft developed Windows to make a PC handle more like a Mac, but the Macs still processed graphics files more efficiently, whereas Windows had to do a kind of work-around to achieve the same effects. I was first reading this using Opera, so I closed and logged back on using Mozilla 1.6 and when I tried to post a message I got the same white screen with a zero.....very strange indeed, I've never had any problems with Mozilla and WC [BTW, I'm posting this logged back in with Opera 7.23]

I'm starting to think it might be more of an OD issue. It's done a couple things lately, like turning the OD icon in the bar into a regular desktop icon. Things get wierder and wierder. No offense to EDDO but I'll take Opera ot Mozilla over IE anyday. [though I still use it for some sites that only open properly w/IE] Thanks for the response though.

Something really weird... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Sometimes when I click to download something from WC [wallpaper,skin, etc...]instead of downloading it launches WinAmp! I am browsing with Opera 7 and using ObjectDock. WinAmp is in my OD, if that matters. Anyone else run across this?

Glad to hear you are starting to feel better about things. I would say definitely get the teeth pulled. If you leave them they eventually grow down and attach to your jaw bone. That happened to my mother and it was much more major than if she'd had them out when she was younger. Hope things keep looking up for you

Don't let the poor actions and attitudes of others tear you up. Each of us has to make the decision at some point to take control of our thoughts and lives. I personally have thought a Halo theme would be great also, but as has been so wisely pointed out, there is a copyright issue. I also can't bring myself to ask someone else to put the time & effort into building a skin/theme for my personal use. I'm sure there are talented skinners that are also Halo fans who may have made something for [strictly]personal use. They may also be willing to discreetly share that with you by email. But I can't speak for anyne else and I'm still on the short side

Hmmm...maybe I got a bad DL or something. I didn't have any DOC folder to open or html file for that matter. It just put an empty [no Icon] spot on the ObjectDOck. Any attempts to assign an icon or any settings got no results. I uninstalled it. Paxx, out of curiosity where did You DL from? I got it from the Objectdock section here at WC hoping to be able to open the systray from ObjDock and hide the Win taskbar.
