I get around it by using the bottom part of the main image as a separate image for the bottom panel. In other words, if I'm starting with an image of 1600x1200, I split it into 2 images - one of say 1600x1125 and another of 1600x75. Then I use the large one as the Bitmap100 (primary image) and the small bottom section for the Bitmap200 (bottom panel). If you're picky like I am it takes a little tweaking to make it appear seamless but it works. Also, I think the "stretching" might not

Oh ya - It's not uncommon for my display properties window to "remain" on the desktop after I click the "Ok" button to close it. It's just a matter of the display not being refreshed, I just have to right-click on the desktop and click "refresh" to get rid of the remnant, or choose the "cancel" button instead of "Ok" after applying any changes. That's been going on for awhile and I've gotten used to it. I attributed that little quirk to running a lot of overhead on my older computer.

What kind of problem are you having? I THINK I remember the layout changing a little at some point with tabs or buttons, but I don't really remember for sure. Is that what you're talking about?

Part of my point though is that if you need money you need to make it easy for people to give it to you, especially the ones who are just sucking the site for free in case they get a little pang. It looks like digital_trucker has experienced the same thing and knows how to fix it. I would add that if you've downloaded skins you might want to back up those subdirectories before starting the uninstall so that you don't have to download them again - you can just copy them back over after you re-install. Since I'm one of the guilty parties, maybe it would help if I told you why? I simply got faked out. I saw the "GalCiv" tab, the two "GC tabs after that, and then the 3 "WC" tabs. Ya I see it too, more so on some that others. I believe the short version is that the more work the machine has to do with the original images to get them to display, the slower the logon will run. The biggest part of it seems to be the amount of stretching for the primary central tile - the main picture. I run at 1600x1200. Hey - After I apply a LoginStudio package with an image in the "Password Edit/Picture" definition I still get the generic white field when I type in the login password at login. Found the setting you're talking about and it wasn't set. It is now. Created the folder and archived just one program so I could get back to you, it looks good. Thanks a lot, I appreciate it. That was fast! Would you believe me if I told you that directory doesn't exist? Under SDCentral I've got data, discussion, images, installed, temp and wcbrowser. I don't have a Backup directory under any of them either. Did a search on the drive for directories "backup" and didn't get any likely candidates, all pretty clearly other backups. Thought maybe you meant one big archive file named "Backup" so I did a disk search for the filename and didn't get any winners either.
