Reply to Vista Purchase Caveats in Windows Vista WinCustomize Forums

XP was giving me major proplems after being rock solid for a year, so I did a reinstall, and in the middle of the install I thought why am I doing this. I went to my local computer store and purchased Vista Home Premium Upgrade. It gave me the option to do a clean install. However I just upgraded over XP, but you can do a clean install with the upgrade disc. As for Vista, that's another story! The User Account Control (UAC) is driving me crazy. You can install older XP
