move the icon names in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I'm using the built in icon size adjustment in the appearance control panel for Windows XP to make the desktop icon small (16x16). I'm now wanting to move the titles for the icons to the right of the icon itself instead of the default position at the bottom. Is there a way within Windows XP to do this? If not, is there an application besides WindowsFX that give me this option (I've have difficulties with WindowsFX)?

Searching for theme in Customization Software WinCustomize Forums

I'm looking for a particular lite step theme that I had a while ago. It was a white and gray theme with a desktop picture of a side view of an anime woman (face only). It didn't have a menu bar or start bar. I thought that I saw it on lite step's site but I can no longer access their site. I'm looking for the name of the theme and thought it was something like "evolution", "revolution", "isolation", or something along those lines. Thanks in advance.</f
