Control Panel Background Color and Glass questions in SkinStudio WinCustomize Forums

Hi guys: Does anyone know how to change Control Panel or Explorer´s preview pane background color ? I´m stuck with blinding white in both ... Also I have made 2 versions for the Command Bar, one in bmp and the other in png for the glass section. What I don´t understand is why is the Control Panel is using the pngs instead of bmps since it doesn´t support glass. I suposed the glass section was for explorer only. Thanks.
