KDE equivalent to Stardock Fences for windows? in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

I recently installed linux with KDE which I've never used before in an attempt to fully transition from windows and I'm liking it quite a bit, but the one thing I'm missing on my desktop is something like Stardock Fences. I love having all my commonly-played game or utility icons on the desktop but corralled inside fences that are set to auto-hide. I've tried hunting through the 'get new widgets' thing in the widgets management screen but I haven't had much luck finding something like this. I

I'm trying to make my windows 11 pc look like it's on windows vista. Is there any better alternatives to windowblinds when it comes to restoring the old windows vista/7 tabs and tab controls? I don't mind that windowblinds costs money grow a garden , I just want to know if there is something like it that runs better
