Fences cannot be moved and their menu does not show in Fences Stardock Forums

Hello, I have fences 2.12 and suddenly i cannot move the fences by dragging or any other way. They are visible and i can create new ones and add icons into them. I cannot move them or do anything related to their title. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. Didn't work. What can be done? Thanks Bye
