Yeah, I have pretty much decided on going with the whole Suite rather then picking up individual programs. I just need to pay next semesters tuition first... Thanks for the replies, and I will be sure to disect a skin or two to see how things work...
I just learned of WB4 and downloaded the trial version. I have looked through the libraries of themes here, and there are some sweet themes in there. I was just wondering if anyone has any sites that can help me design my own theme. I have looked around, and Stardock recommends SkinStudio, does anyone have any experience with this program? Is it easy to use and as powerful as they say? Or would it be easier to use notepad and just design it by language? Either way, I am willing to learn, I
