Mine keeps locking up at mid game, usually on the colonization dialog. I keep paring down the save games, but it still happens. I do recover after about 10 to 15 minutes.

Ditto. Just settled planets in same system I already occupied with a Drydock and I cannot assign more sponsors.
no flag in Steam, just the word "cheat". Tilde to open console window on main view.
Well that was straightforward. Open the PATH variable settings ( https://www.alphr.com/environment-variables-windows-10/ for directions on how). Edit the PATH and add "C:\Windows\System32".

Bump! Both are still MAJOR issues. The further you get into the game, the larger your empire, and the more onerous these issues become. ... to the point where you become more and more tempted to just give up! Not a very good strategy for keeping interest in sales of DLC up.
Hi Folks, I recently purchased GalCiv3 and am playing my first game. It's really good, but there are some things missing that should have been included in the final release. Hotkeys to cycle through every list (you can cycle through ships, but not planets (except by clicking the arrows), starbases or shipyards).
