Cannot uninstall StarDock 8 and Modern Mix in Windows 10. Keeps reinstalling on Restart.

This is indeed a Parallels thing. Uncheck "use Windows 7 look" in your view dropdown. Then you can uninstall stardock (Or not, you can toggle it on and off.)
