the scorched spell is bugged.. any chance stardock will fix it? [e digicons]

scorched earth spell not working as advertised in Sorcerer King Stardock Forums

tried using the scorched earth spell that says it does damage to target in the affect tile area..when I try to use the spell. I can not use this spell. Can anyone give me the real description of what this sovereign spell is suppose to do and uses for it..or is just a game bug like many in the game that needs fixing? Good game..but the bug really detract from an otherwise good game. [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e]
