Issue: Paying Tribute Discussion: I was paying tribute to the Dregin, during the payment schedule they declared war on me. However, I was still paying tribute to them during the war. Recommendation: If you are at war with a Civ, your tribute/payments should stop. (In reality, that would be the first thing a person would do.)

If owning the galaxy is what you want, wait til you get the Excalibur ship. I was the only race with it, and I whupped everybody with just two of them. With my bonuses, etc they each had 800+ hp 250 attack and 74 defense. The only thing was they took 3000 production points to build, so on my best planet it took 14 months to build. ~SDC~
