[1.02] crash report. Shipyard ship icons missing. in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

I've managed to reproduce a crash! When i make ships in the shipyard, i que up 2-3 then the bottom two have their icons vanish. When i try and make one of the ships missing an icon the game crashes. screenshot I have a save game about 2 turns before the yard goes idle. Can that be helpful in some way? Is there any report fro
