Unable to centre attack with Rain of Arrows in Sorcerer King Support SorcererKing Forums

I reported this problem in the Steam forum but as far as I can see, with 5.5, it is still there. If I want to centre this attack on a tile with a feature such as a rock or tree stump etc. it will not allow me to do so..."Target tile is blocked".

Hunter's Short Bow in Sorcerer King Stardock Forums

When I look at this item in the Enchanting screen it shows it as having -800% for Initiative. Why a percentage ? When looking at the details of the item in the unit details equipment it shows as -8 Initiative. Also, if I equip the bow, the hero's initiative goes from 26 to 21, a difference of 5 not 8. Is this correct ?
