Reply to Things you would like to see in a Galactic Civilization expansion set in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I have a really simple request. Please don't force me to click on the "Done" button. I play on a laptop which means using the mouse is a pain to be avoided at all costs. Being able to simply hit enter, or ESC, or something on the keyboard, would be very nice. ~SDC~

Another issue, which I think has been brought up by another somewhat, with the minor races. In general, I think they play too little a role. In the games that I've played, no matter what the difficulty level, they're nothing more than a cash cow. If I have a few trade goods, the moment I discover their presence, I offer them a trade good or two, at 100 gold for as many turns as they'll let me get away with. Minor issue, but it can be quite confusing at times. If you go into the foreign relations screen, and talk to a minor race, when you leave, it shows the wrong picture (usually the left-most major race you have contact with). By left-most, I mean in the major powers screen, starting from the lower right corner on the second line, and reading backwards, the race closest to the upper left corner of the screen. ~SDC~
