html/htm file type will not change in IconPackager Stardock Forums

I am running IconPackager 4.10.172 on Windows XP Home SP3 with IE7. When applying Icon Packages, the icon for html and htm files does not change to the new package icon. I have tried restoring all icons to Windows default and re-applying package. I have tried changing icon for just that file type via right click properties. In the right click context menu, the general table correctly identifies the file type as HTML Document and opens with IE, On the icon tab it i

Idea for a new Stardock Product in Customization Software WinCustomize Forums

Just wondering if Stardock has ever thought of creating a mouse gestures program? Anyone know if it's been discussed? I prefer my mouse to keyboard short cuts for some reason. I would really enjoy a mouse gestures program designed to Stardocks standards! I know, I know, with all the Vista stuff in the works, now is not the time, but maybe it could be filed away for some day?

The bottom line is that I just don't see any added benefit to me in purchasing WinCustomizeP, especially at $20 a year. It looks like it does a nice job of organizing and browsing files but I don't need that. WinCustomizeS (the site) tracks 25 different types of themes, widgets, and whatnot but I don't care about 20 of those. I must agree. Hmmm, I've been using a program called WebShots for many years to manage wallpaper. This does just about the same thing. I wonder if I might be able to save a little memory by using this? Do you know if running the wallpaper changer in Windowblinds adds to the memory "load" Windowblinds uses? Also, in the Wallpaper "mode", most are self explanatory, but just what does "smart mode" do?
