Can Not Activate Start8 and Modern MIx in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

Hi! I purchased both products but can not activate! I received product key in email, but do not have serial number. It is no where to be found on site or invoice. Logged onto account, no luck! Any advice? Thanks!
