Hello, I have a fleet of Dell Venue tablets licensed for Windows 8. I've purchased several licenses of Start 8 throughout 2017. It seems in recent days I am only able to use an activation key on one tablet at a time. My understanding is a license is good for 1 activation on 5 different computers. Many of my licenses indicate I have 1 current activation out of 5. If I try to activate a second tablet using the same product key I'm prompted to deactivate the 1st computer. Here ar

Also getting "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." Using Windows 8.1 with Bing on a Dell Venue 8 Pro as the admin account and launching the app to Run as administrator.
