[1.4 BUGS] FE Scenario: Items not working correctly, plot advancement broken in LH Support Elemental Forums

Hello everyone! Just moved to one of the later stages of Fallen Enchantress scenario, noticed a few things: 1) The 'Sword of Wrath' has it's passive effects (hp regen on kill \ culmulative 30% dmg) deactivated 2) The 'Golden Belt' has it's passive effects (+25% splash dmg) deactivated 3) In one of the later stages of scenario (the one after bringing the artifact back to the Oracle temple) it is impossib
