How do i upgrade my multi device from v1 to v2? in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

I have 2 licenses a single one and a 5 pack one. I was able to upgrade my single license but cant figure out how to upgrade my 5 pack license. where the link for 5 pack licenses? clicking the same "upgrade" link again after i updated my single license, only trys to get me to upgrade the single license again
