I'm deeply impressed by the software (Start8, ModernMix) and by the website and forum. And the price. But the account mechanism for this tools does not match needs. It was probably good for the smaller markets of games and enterprise tools.

I configure individual computers of my customers with Windows 8 and want to install, pay and activate Start8. After that, customer should be on his own. How should I proceed in terms of e-mail address, and ensure that start8 survives eventuell reinstalling of the operating system.
