You right it does work, i just needed an old fashioned restart for the exclude to take affect, thanks for looking out!

Thanks for confirming the bug, I never knew you could exclude an app, I added outlook to the exclude list but it still happens... [e digicons]:S[/e]

I have seen this happen only when windows fx is enabled on windows 7 and 8.1 On outlook 2010 and 2013 on the system tray icon for outlook there is an option "Hide When minimized", when this is enabled and after you want to launch oulook from system tray, there is an error pop up. This has been around for a long time but i was never sure what the cause was until i disabled windows FX then enabled "Hide when minimized" and it worked ok. I prefer to have WindowsFX enabled
