activation server in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

One of the things i hate about stardock is no on phone support, i am trying to activate shadow fx, and error msg say cannot reach activation servers

Can you guys tell us how soon the rest of us will be able to download window blinds beta, I suppose I will have to break down and purchase it all over again, but it better be worth it, like new skins, explorer backgrounds, maybe I should design one myself, anyway keep us in the loop, we are waiting with bated breath.

I don't think its fair to be made to paid for windowsblinds beta, when I have already paid 19.00 for the software even windows 8 people don't even charge for update so why is stardock people doing so, Microsoft isn't even going to charge for the windows blue update, I am running both win 7 and 8 but I can only us windowblinds on win 7 that sucks

so far I am very happy with Stardock, especially since they are located in my home state of Michigan, I am like everyone waiting for the arrival of windowblinds for windows 8, I did have some issue with Iconpackager but those have been resolved, so in short I am a happy Stardock camper

Recently I purchased a copy of Icon Packager from the Stardock site, and unfortunately I am unable to use the program, whenever I load it, I get an error message the says I have looked high and low, I even went to the Florida Key to look and could not find a duplicate file, can someone shed some light on this issue, I have an open tickedt with suppor, but to date they have not respoded Error 1312.
