when I want to activate Fences, the following error poped up again. Unable to activate Fences. Error code: -212 This error happens again and again for a few months, can you solve this error for ever?
Even I follow the instruction to auto activate my this account ,user name , I tried several times, but it seems that your website have not sent me any email to activate my account. I checked my junk box, there was no stardock email neither. Please help me to activate my account through your website background program. Thanks a lot.

I used my Stardock account to try to activate Fences, the same problem occured only one time, and then I tried again, the -212 error did not poped up, but it is still very hard to connect server to activate Fences. After that I tried to use product key to activate Fences, it is easy to activate Fences, so I think there may be something not good to use Stardock account to activate Fences.

Some thing wrong with your server. When I want to change my password at Account Management after I click ‘update’， HTTP ERROR, internal server error, poped up, I can not change my password. Please fix it.
The_Gear, I have received your E-mail, and tried your batch file, I think that batch file can only unistall Fences completely. After Fences uninstalled by that batch file, I tried to install Fences v.2.12/2.13 several times, but it is also the same problem as before. I can not move or create fences on desktop, it seems that I can not even touch those fences ondesktop. Then my friends tried your batch file too, but the problem is not solved too. Fences is activated, v 2.13, but it seems very strange recently, the situation is that fences seems frozen on desktop, I can not create or move fences on desktop, but view->'Lock Fences' is not selected. If I log in STARDOCK web by Computer and by cell phone app at the same time, if I change my account password by computer, then I also can change password by cell pone web app without any warning, for example , "password had changed by others, you must log in STARDOCK again." This is a bug ! This means that if I logged in STARDOCK by different Computer, the IE cookie will remember logging status, and I change my password by one of those computer, other computer can also change password
If someone use my user name and password to log in website,then change the E-mail to his, how can I get my account back?
I find a very important Bug about 'Changing E-mail address' in Account management ! When I want to change my E-mail address, one confirmation E-mai will be sent to the new E-mail address, then I confirm it to change to use new E-mail address to sign in your website. Do you find something wrong with the function flow above? The confirmation E-mail should be sent to the old E-mail address to assure the changes were made by the Users ,not by others. I
