Iconpackager and Windows 7 issues in IconPackager Stardock Forums

I´ve recently bought OD and installed all applications on Windows 7 X64 .Iconpackager 5 simply has no option to change the icon of a a file . on the "properties" tab. What happened ? Any bit Incompatibility issue here ? Just because I remember it worked well on Win 7 x32. thanks
