Well, I believe this is it. A dream come true for me, and a work of art by sir LightStar. Enjoy, people! :)
You take care of yourself, hear? We'll all be holding good thoughts for you until you get back, soldier. We're proud of you! Before you go, dig this: Bryan Gumbal and Katie Couric discussing what the "internet" was in 1994, just 13 years before this film (2007
Well that's really nice of you. Nice video too, it made my day. :)
XP done, on to Vista!
I just wanna say, I won't be able to visit this thread for next 2 or 3 months, due to my duties as a soldier. I will however be able to visit from time to time, and of course when the blind is finished. Nice job LightStar so far, I hope when it's finished, it'll look just as great as I imagined.
Thought you might like to see what I have done so far...
I see you even made a wallpaper...Awesome. Everything looks exactly as it should. [e digicons][/e]
NODRedeemer: When posting about WB, you're supposed to post the "About Windowblinds" info in the OP.
Nevermind, I found out that someone installed My Colors on the same machine, which probably confronted with Windowblinds....Uninstalled both, installed Windowblinds, everything works now...
Yep, I did that several times and still the same issue... I cleaned registry and drives for left overs, installed again, and still no luck....
I was using this program until recently and everything seemed to work flawelessly, until it happened. Whenever I try to change the skin this message appears: "Windowblinds does not seem to be installled correctly on your machine. Would you like to try to fix this issue now?"
OK, worked up a quick explorer layout, will look a little different when finished but you get the idea.
LightStar, I again forgot to mention this - I was wondering, is it possible to make the copy progress bar animation to look like this: [IMG]http://i396.photobucket.com/albums/pp47/NodReedemer/170202884646bf387a7d829-3.jpg
I forgot to mention, I really like the font style. I believe it fits this blind perfectly.
OK, worked up a quick explorer layout, will look a little different when finished but you get the idea.
Very nice.[e digicons][/e]
Just as a quick sample NODRedeemer, I imagine something like this is what the start menu would look like: Might be a little less on the transparency though.
I believe this is even beter than I imagined this particular theme should look like. Great work. I think the level of transparency is just prefect. I really didn't believe it's possible to recolor the left side of the window(o
Nevermind, I found the option, sorry for creating this unnecessary thread. Mods can delete it now. P.S. Sorry for double posting...
If you are talking about Windowblinds, you have to have the program installed and activated. If you do, just download the skin. You can open it (tell your computer to do so with Windowblinds) or go to the folder you saved it to, unzip it and double click on the wba file.
No, I'm talking about ObjectDock 2.0
I know it's a stupid god damn question, but I really don't how. I can't find any option in the settings, or anything in the program regarding changing skins. Help anyone?
OK....So I guess you won't be the one who makes it. Fair enough. As for the skin, it has similar colors, not quite the same, but I kinda like it. Thanks for the reply.
Looking at your 3.png, that dude could've used "Fences".
Maybe...Or maybe his entire "OS" is actually a video file made by the visual effects crew that played on the PC while the actor was pretending like he's using it. I'm really not sure aboout that. Anyway, it's a nice looking system. Speaking of which, I forwarded this idea to several top skiners
I know it's complicated to make a theme, but this one doesn't have 3d animations or anything complexed in it. It is basically a two color theme. I tried my best to find more pics, and explain how the theme should look like, so here they are: http://i396.photobucket.com/albums/pp47/NodReedemer/3.png http://i396.phot
OK, this is pretty cool. You all remember that Die Hard movie from like 3,5 years ago? You know, the - "Live Free or Die Hard" one? And you remember that guy called Matthew Farrell in the movie? Well, that dude had some pretty cool OS he used on his computer, that looked like this(screenshots from the movie): http://i396.photobucket.com/albums/pp47/NodReedemer/3.png <a href="http://i396.pho
