Thanks. I figured it out. I'm all set.

Thank you for pointing out where to make Start11v2 show control Panel as a Link. I am using the Modern style. I'd still like to learn how to create folders in the All Programs menu.
There used to be an option to have the Control panel appear as a list rather than a link. Where did that go? How do you add folders to the All Programs list to consolidate that menu?
There is a hand cursor. I ran the batch file and then reinstalled, and there is no difference. It still changes back to MS cursor on and off, usually when I move between one window to another.
All my files are .CursorFX I made sure the Mouse Pointer and touch was set to 1. I did the Clean Boot, and even with nothing else running (except for Norton Antivirus, which I could not disable), the same problem occurred, although maybe a little less often. It's easy to test for the issue, because it happens most often when I move the cursor over a link in an e-mail; it ALWAYS changes from the FX cursor to the white MS hand. It seems I'll have to live with this, or gi
That did not change anything. Same issue still exists.
System is Windows 11 Pro; version 25H2; build 26200.7462 CursorFX is 4.03 I have tried two styles, and it does the same thing with both
I am using CursorFX; but the cursor randomly changes from the cursor I have chosen, back and forth to the generic Microsoft cursor. This is annoying, and not what I paid for.
I tried uninstall/reinstall and it made no difference. What fixed it was unchecking the Windows 10 style program list. Thanks Neil.
I checked the box to have Universal Apps appear in their own folder, but they still appear in the all programs list. How do I get rid of them?
In all previous versions of Start, you were able to create folders and move the shortcuts into them, which organized it. Now, you cannot do either of those things. So, I just have a huge list of shortcuts and the folders that I used to have or have been created by new installs. This is a mess. Whenever I want to get to a program I haven't used in a day or two, I have to scroll through this long list to see if it is in the list of programs or in a folder. Please fix this.
One important capability has been lost: you can no longer drag shortcut from the list to a folder on the list. That's how I have always used Start 8 & Start 10 to organize my shortcuts.
Since the Fall Creators Update was installed on my computer, the "drag & drop" feature for managing the Start menu no longer works. I have tried turning that feature off and then back on again using Start10tweak.exe, but that has made no difference. Pleas advise as to how I can get this working again. Thank you.
