Thank you for replying. However I did fill out their online form at least 10 times. If they do not use this method then why still have it online. The program I was referring to was CURSORFX which I still have no way of resetting. I own most of Stardocks software but after this I am going to have to think twice about buying anything from them. Does anybody know why stardock never responds to tickets. I have cursorfx and their screwy software says I have the maximum registrations allowed. It does not give an option to reset so now I have a worthless piece of software.
