What has happened to Stardock Support?? in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

I have been a Stardock customer for many years now and in the past when I have had a problem Support has responded to my inquiries very fast and the problem has been resolved. Recently I had a problem renewing my Object Desktop subscription and when I submitted 2 different tickets on 2 different days I received no response, no reply, and no help. Renewed a year with Object Desktop on 2/25/18 (Order No. 4010069). Today all of my Stardock programs (Start 10, Fences 3, etc...) indicate that their license has expired. This is not good.
