How can I learn to create themes for Windows 10 to upload to wincustomize for use in WindowBlinds? Where do I start? Can someone direct me to what I should be learning and in what order? Thank you for your time.

I did and then paid for WindowBlinds and updated it thru Impulse and I got the BSOD also.
