A follow up question then.. " Older keys..." does that imply that new keys for games will work on Steam? The reason I ask is here in the UK the physical disc version of Galactic Civilization III is listed as being released in a couple of days time and at slightly less then half the price of the download version on Steam. Will that activate in Steam?

I bought this game years ago (Physical DVD - Ultimate Edition in 2009) and just noticed it was on Steam so I checked my old emails and re-logged onto my Stardock account, redownloaded and installed it and everything is fine and it works. But how do I acivate it as a game on Steam?
