apply a gradient to the Microsoft Outlook sub-pane banners in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

In WindowBlinds + SkinStudio, is it possible to apply a gradient to the Microsoft Outlook sub-pane banners? The "search" button in the support forum does not seem to work in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

In the stardock forum, the search box does not seem to work. For example, if I type "WindowBlinds" in the search box and click the "search" button, the result is: Sorry, your search for 'WindowBlinds' returned 0 results.
