As for the property rights issue. If there were no laws or limits, this world would be dead already due to pollution. Being a taxi driver is fine, but being a gas guzzler is not, having an expensive SUV that uses twice the amount of gas that a regular car takes is bad and should be made illegal, especially when oil is soo scarc
