What he means is that retailers like Direct2Drive may also carry the title, but even if you purchase through them, you will need a valid steam account to actually download and play the game. Your purchase gets you a key you activate on Steam to add the game to your account, letting you download and play.

Troll thread? Has to be troll thread. I mean, unless the OP is whining about the KEYS THAT CAN BE REBOUND TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS, I don't really know what they're whining about.
There are so many problems with you're rebuttal I'm not even sure where to start. So, i'll start with the easy stuff. First off, Scuds can't shoot into space. They lack the fuel to get a payload that high, and their fuel type is standard rocket fuel. It'd stall long before it got anywhere close You'd need AT LEAST an ICBM to hurt a target in geosync orbit, but you'd require pretty much anything that can get that hig

Oh well, I love sins anyway Another thing I'd like to see is more planetary defense... After all it's an entire planet, big... Don't they have loads of missiles, laser or whatever to protect themself against an attack of a few ships ? Why should everything be in space when there's probably loads of places

The largest are, natually, the titans. EDIT: Just noticed, but
The fleets in sins obviously have a good supply of ammunition. However this should not be unlimited.
Most Advent and Visari warships use energy weapons. Beyond energy the ship's powerplant is reproducing, what exactly would they be expending? All adding ammo would do is nerf the TEC, who use solid slug munitions.
Doesn't the game already for auto formations? I know heavy crusiers and BS cap ships go to the front of the line, the various frigs and all the utility cap ships fall in behind that, and the carriers and LRM frigs from up at the end of the line. That way, when you take into account that weapons ranges are not equal, an enemy attacking from the front ends up entering the range of a good portion of your fleet ball all at once. Which is why the fleet balls work for so many peop
