Reply to [Bug] Alloy and Starbase Upgrades in Beta Feedback Sins Forums

I ran into the same problem playing online with a friend doing a comp stomp. Base upgrades would queue up, but they would never progress. However, the ai seemed to be able to upgrade their starbases no problem :( . In single player upgrades work fine.
