Vertical Taskbar Skin in Requests WinCustomize Forums

Hello guys, I'm new here so please feel free to move if this is a wrong forum for my question. Basically I am using a 1680x1050 resolution with about 1500x1050 working area. I need every pixel of space on the vertical axis.
