I don't think length and complexity would be much of a defence since most contracts are usually long and complex. You could probably get out of it since most contracts have to be signed, and usually have your name somewhere on there too. I can't say I've seen an EULA with my name attached to it, or something designating the company's signature on the thing. That said, best ask a professional if you do end up in trouble. I sent a similar question to the sales department here at Stardock, but figured I'd ask the regular users here as well seeing as I don't have a reply yet. My question is as follows: I'd have to put some funds into my PayPal account first obviously, but can I use my PayPal balance to pay for stuff of the Stardock Store?
