WinCustomize ForumsI think I have a solution for your problem. At least this was the reason why my Ad-aware stopped working. Go to "Control Panel" -> "Performance Information and Tools" -> "Data Execution Prevention". Make sure that you don't have turned off DEP for some program or services. My Ad-aware and Spyware Blaster started to work once I removed the "COM Surrogate" service that I had blocked.
