the performance during games is fine, no distortion/greenness whatsoever. i can also play videos in WMP/divx/quicktime and they all mostly work perfectly

thanks for the suggestion i tried cleaning the drivers and installing new ones...no go i thought maybe it could have something to do with a codec issue? but i tried different codec packs and i still have the same green blobs in the video. what should i do! thanks for the help

ive tried 3 different drivers for my video card, WHQL certified and not....and none change my problem.

I downloaded Deskscapes and i can use the default dreams with no problem, when i try to use downloaded ones from this site (such as deepocean) it will not show and expolorer says it has stopped working and restarts. When i try to use a different downloaded dream (aura) it shows pixelated green movements that look really ugly....what is the problem here? any help is appreciated
