Add on to the network issues the fact that steam is, overall, an inherently superior distribution platform with a larger audience. I mean c'mon... why does impulse need a person to input the address of the person they're 'sending' a gift to.... and then jump through digital hoops just to get it installed.

'true markets' or 'real world markets' have their own share of problems. In many cases even when a product has a surplus, the supply will be artificially limited in order to keep the price for said products at a premium. Diamonds are a prime example of this. Markets are finicky creatures, and can go in every imaginable direction. Nevertheless, I think that what we want is a simple supply and demand market :-P
I find the market system to be an insanely good idea. Take, for instance, the infamous Heart of Life. I admit that I purchase one as soon as I can afford it - they're just that good. Once I get my HoL, I never have to return to regen my health / mana ever again. Now, if a market system was implimented, the HoL's price would rise rather dramatically, causing less players to using, causing the price to drop slightly... ahh.. it would be good time
Erebus hands down. UB is a heavy hitter, yes, but he also goes down fast.
Actually, if you can manage it getting both hearts is quite viable. Pop the healing one, then the defense and you regen even if you're in the midst of an epic battle. Costly, though. I usually only get the healing one. Since I usually play QoT and TB, I usually start with; Favor Item: usually the 10% speed increase or the 10% cooldown reduction Scaled Helm -> Uprades To -> Vlemish Faceguard -> Uprades To ->Hungarling's Crown *
