I am not sure if the beta has a tech support area, but elemental crashes around 50-120 turns in. Just crash to desktop no messenge.

sorry if my above post was unclear, I tired it and it didn't work. extra note, I just got bioshock. I get the same weird sound in the intro video and game menu but not in game.
nope no dice. what type of audio does the backgroun music use? It is only sometimes of audio that is weird.

I have a weird shuttering sound(it is hard to describe). I only get it in some audio sounds types like the background music in the main menu in galciv2. I don't know what is causing the problems. :(
I can get the title screen to load up. If go to any other menus I get a blank screen. So I broke out windows compatibility mode to windows 98. Then I get to the next screen. I I can choose my specialty, my name and company name, but not company color. I hit start game and the game freezes. I check Tack Manager and it is drawing 50% processing power(1 full processor). I ran out of ideas. windows xp pro 3.0 ghz dual core 2 8800 gt SLI 4gig ram , shows less 32 bit os edit:
