I ran into the same problem and am also running ultimate 64 bit---when the update installs it says cannoy find Vista---needs Vista to work---akes one feel like screaming at the stupid programme ----HELLO ---look coser I am running Vista Ultimte 64bit. I did not have to go to the extreme of running Restore---just got rid of the two new dreams that I DL'ed today. I also am awaiting an answer. Kevin
