IP Beta 10 in IconPackager WinCustomize Forums

Have never posted before, so please bear with me. Am pleased that we have an IP Beta 10. I cannot load Apogee Suite that's an .exe file. Am using a non touch-screen Toshiba, purchased with Windows 10. Some of my other ICO (*.ip)packages have loaded successfully, others not with the beta. Apogee is the only .exe suite that I have.
