Worked for me as well. Did not really consider expiration as the issue as I had uninstalled the beta and installed the full client when it became available. Good catch thinking of that! 20 spankings for Stardock dropping the ball but we forgive you with the quick recovery.

Seriel number not listed in downloads in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

I purchased the liquid dream. dream off wincustomize last week. It asks for a serial number when trying to set it as the background. There is nothing listed in: the confirmaiton email I received or stardock downloads where the rest of my serial numbers are. How do I acquire this? I opened up a support ticket 5 days ago with no reply. Thank you,
