one thing they are missing is that there isn't a trolling option for the OP rating, since I think the OP of that lame game thread was trolling. Yes one is entitled to thier opinion, but no need to be insulting about it.

1) When your space miner is on the same tile as one of your mining bases, you can't access the base to change assignment unless you move your miner off of the tile. I think others have seen this before. might be related to the autopilot bug where they don't automatically build. 2) I haven't seen others note this. Every now and then when I click on one of my planets, it shows a foreign trade ship along with my planet in

I agree, it is rather stupid when they are too difficult to beat, they are actually stronger than the normal pirates that sometimes appear, at least I think they are.

Am I just imagining this or in earlier versions were you able to put multiple construction modules on a ship. I'm pretty sure that used to be an option, I miss that. Or am I just making stuff up. It would be convenient to be able to do that so that you could quickly set up a military star base when at war using cargo hulls with sensors (for scouting) and multiple construction modules. Be pretty scary to see the AI do as well. you may have seen some ship

I dont use it anymore. Gives wierd results like changing my opponent setups and sometimes the rules get changed. It really shouldn't be doing that to you. Besides, going all the way back to the main menu to start a new game and going through all that and then wait for it to load for 5 minutes is too long for me. I use ctrl N just fine. it just takes a couple of minutes for the new game to load up. Try waiting a couple of minutes because it will

I use ctrl N just fine. it just takes a couple of minutes for the new game to load up. Try waiting a couple of minutes because it will seem like the program locks up or the task manager will say its not responding, but its just because its really busy. If it still doesn't work, then post a debug err.

I think it does have a capture option anyways, haven't used it in a while though. Still useful though.

true, I've seen that as well. Although there are often certain traits that keep coming up, I've already mentioned the torians, which are notorious for bieng expansionist, the Iconians tend to keep to themselves, and the Snathi minor race in alot of my games, often try to pick fights with others.

any image editing program will work actually, such as Jasc paint shop pro, just push print screen and then paste. May also help to have a program that can capture the image like Irfanview or hypersnap, but not entirely neccesary. Also, make sure you save the image as a .jpg because that takes up less memory and doesn't take as long for the browser to upload it than a .bit or .gif file.

wow, that looks like either some sort of major memory leak or something wierd is going on. Since your Bios is over 2 years old, I don't know if updating that would help (depends on what kind of computer you're using I think)

well there is a graphical glitch that causes the ships to look like they are firing on themselves or each other. but the fact that your ships appear to be taking damage is a wierd thing alltogether. I'd suggest posting a debug err, but I have no idea if a debug err would even show it.

the Torians also tend to try and colonize every single world, they are the roaches of GC2, thier super breeder ability fits them...... as they breed like roaches lol.

well there are many factors involved with morale, part of the reason you're getting that are simply the side effects of overcrowding such as pollution, crime, very little living space (although I'm sure the Yor wouldn't mind small cubicles to 'sleep' in), etc. Although its represented by a single factor or a few factors, not sure on the exact mechanics. also, what population size are you seeing this decrease in morale no matter how many 'happy sites' you put up? there is a point where t

lol, the inspiration are those shadow race guys from Babylon 5! once I saw the race picture, I was pretty sure it was that along with the homeworld name. in one of the episodes where you actually see the Shadow guys (they were called The Shadow most of the time), they appear as black spider/crablike creatures, and thier homeworld was found to be Zha'dum (or something along the lines), plus your ships look alot like the ships they had in the Babylon 5 series.

I doubt it, theres only so much space to put planets around the stars and there always needs to be at least one square of space between them. at least that seems to be the rule.
