Nvidia 5200 FX vid issues-Cinematics in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I have done a search on this and seen issues with what other people are saying that they are having issues with the Nvidia 5200 FX video card....I have downloaded the most recent driver from Nvidia dated March 17 2006, yet I am not getting any of the cinematics in the game....on ocassion Ill get maybe a 1/4 to 1/2 a second of a cinematic...but then the cinematic freezes. is this a driver issue or is there something else going on that im not
