Can't download skins in WinCustomize Site Issues WinCustomize Forums

When I try to download a skin,all I get are file folders. The skin doesn't download where it should in control panel(display).

Desktop Widgets in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Every time I download things from Desktop Widgets, then shut down my pc....I loose them all. Are they suppose to do that or am I not doing something right? [Message Edited]

Hi everyone , I'm new to message board and have got a problem. I had to do a complete system recovery on my pc and I lost my registration to window blinds 3.x. Can anyone tell me how to go about re-register without contacting the company. Ive bugged them to much as it is. sissykitten
