I too would like to know about touch support. I have a surface 3 and i play xcom and civ 5 with touch on it. GC III + surface + long trip (plane/hotel) == perfect.

The game's 3d grafix are running VERY VERY fast. Out of control fast - "freaking out" This happens with some other games and the source of the problem, normally, is the dual-core CPU (KNOW ISSUE). The fix for other games (pre-patch) is to alt-tab out force tha game to use only one of the cores - problem fixed. But, Galactic Civ crashes 100% of the time when i alt-tab. So, either the game needs a setting just to run on one CPU or fix the
