Submited Wallpaper not on Wallpaper page. in Community WinCustomize Forums

It said to wait up to 5 days for it to show up, and it's been a lot more than that. Also, when I click my skins, it shows up, and the raiting is 4, but no one has downloaded it. I mean I know it's probably not the best background but someone has had to get it at some point. Can someone help or help me understand what's going on?

I had it a while ago and now I can't find it. It was as small as the REALmini skin, but it flashed neon rainbow colors very quickly, and it didn't change when you went over a link or went to make a window bigger, can someone help? I've been through every page on this site. Help?
