i previously read that if you had purchased wb5 from a certain period of time you could get the upgrade to wb6 for free but when i went to download wb6 it said $15. What happen did wincustomize post the wrong info?

please help anyone.. when i try to download a skin from wincustomize it never downloads i have to right click on download and then save target as and then it downloads as a zip instead of going directly to wb like some do can anyone tell me how to get it to download when I click download instead of taking those extra steps thanks [Message Edited]
